Peace Technology: Towards Leveraging AI Solution to Build Proactive International Peace

Abstract

 The World today is witnessing an unprecedented acceleration of modern technological development and Artificial Intelligence(AI), Such that it has become present in all aspects of life, gradually transforming into one of the active factors in decision-making, future prediction, and risk management.

The objective: is opening up new horizons for employing this technology in peace dialogues and contemporary international peacebuilding .Accordingly, this research aims to enrich,Peacebuilding studies by addressing the use of Artificial Intelligence technologies and the exceptional nature of technological interventions in peace processes, However, doubts remain about whether technology can replace direct interaction in peace processes due to the many challenges accompanying the growing interest in AI technology, particularly ethical concerns, the potential for misuse, and algorithmic bias.
