The post-2011 period is considered one of the important periods in modern Arab political history، because it witnessed qualitative transformations and events that changed many regimes in their influences، and at the same time created many alliances، whether regional or international، that changed the political rules and concepts in the Middle East. From the depths of this period، the popular Arab revolutions emerged in Tunisia، Egypt، Libya and Yemen in what was known as the "Arab Spring Revolutions"، and also included the Syrian crisis and the regional and international repercussions it caused، represented in one of its forms by Russia's entry into this crisis and its standing with the Syrian government، and Iran and Hezbollah preceded it in confronting the dangers that almost threatened the entity of the Syrian state itself. During this period، the American elections also produced an unexpected president - Barack Obama - because he came from outside the Republican Party cirele، and he carried in his agenda - from the moment he assumed power - a different political discourse about the strategy of the United States of America in the Middle East. One of the most prominent repercussions of this complex and compound political scene of events and transformations that occurred at this stage was the outbreak of the Yemeni popular revolution in 2011، which greatly changed the Yemeni scene، not only at the level of the resignation of former President Ali Abdullah Saleh in 2012 from power، but it also had regional and international repercussions and contributed to a major change in the form of alliances at the level of regional countries and also at the international level، resulting in the outbreak of a war in the region called "Operation Decisive Storm". On the other hand، Iran is one of the most important active countries at the regional and international levels، especially after the American occupation of Iraq and the "New Middle East" project and the political transformations in the Middle East region، up to the Iranian nuclear file and the repercussions it brought with it for Iran and the countries of the region. It is possible to note the increasing influence of Iran on the international arena during this period.
