This research examines the profound transformations brought about by artificial intelligence (AI) in the nature of modern foreign policy, focusing on the tools employed and the resulting implications for state sovereignty, international relations, and the global balance of power. The rapid development of AI technologies has expanded the horizons of foreign policy instruments to include diverse areas such as big data analysis, digital diplomacy, and applications with political and strategic dimensions. This transformation has also raised profound questions regarding the concept of sovereignty, given the growing reliance on technological infrastructures and cyberspace. Additionally, the study addresses AI's impact on patterns of interaction among states and the intensification of technological competition between major powers. Ultimately, the study aims to shed light on the role of artificial intelligence as a pivotal factor in reshaping foreign policy tools and defining the features of the contemporary international order.
